SELF COLLECT & REPRESENTATIVE

Make payment for:
1. Graduation Fee (If not attend the convocation)

*Please refer to the payment guideline below

Self Collect:

Walk into our office. Bring Original ic/passport, show the payment proof and collect the certificate. our office location: https://goo.gl/maps/i8NaEK8cbBjpgtmF8
By Representative:
Fill and complete K1 Form, complete the representative and owner information. Download K1 form here : K1 Form
Representatives can walk into the office with their original passport / ic, K1 Form and the payment proof

COURIER

Fill and complete K2 Form, receiver phone number and full address required. Download K2 form here : K2 Form

Make payment for:
1. Graduation Fee (If you not attend the convocation)
2. Postage fee

Attach payment proof with complete K2 form to this email:

Bachelor and Diploma Programme: amdug@utm.my
We will process accordingly. We also will provide the tracking number within 1~2 weeks processing time if necessary

GRADUATION FEE

Make payment for Graduation fee via:  https://payhub.utm.my/

PHD & Master Degree = RM250
Bachelor Degree (64th Convo and above) = RM220
Bachelor Degree (63rd Convo and prior) = RM200
Diploma (64th Convo and above) = RM200
Diploma (63rd Convo and prior) = RM180

1) Search Product: “Graduation Fee” and add to cart

2) Click cart icon and View my shopping cart

3) Choose payment type and enter quantity. Click check out

4) Fill personal information and proceed to payment

5) After successful payment you will received official receipt from the Bursary Office. Kindly attach the receipt in the e-mail

POSTAGE FEE

Make payment for Postage Fee via:  https://payhub.utm.my/

Rate:
RM 10.00 POSTAGE CHARGES (MALAYSIA)
RM 20.00 POSTAGE CHARGES (ASEAN COUNTRIES)
RM 30.00 POSTAGE CHARGES (OTHER COUNTRIES)

1) Search Product: “ACAD. TRANSCRIPT/CERT” and add to cart

2) Click cart icon and View my shopping cart

3) Choose payment type and enter quantity. Click check out

4) Fill personal information and proceed to payment

5) After successful payment you will received official receipt from the Bursary Office. Kindly attach the receipt in the e-mail
