1. BY QR CODE ON THE CERTIFICATE
You can simply scan the QR code on the certificate to check the authenticity of the graduates.
2. BY UTM VERIFICATION PORTAL
FOR JAN 2024 GRADUATES ONWARDS
How it works?
1. Click the button link
2. Enter QR ID Number
3. You can find the certificate’s ID below the QR code on the certificate
4. The result of the finding will be shown if the certificate is genuine
FOR OCT 2012 - DEC 2023 GRADUATES
How it works?
1. Click the button link
2. Choose “Graduate ID”
3. Find the certificate’s graduate below the QR code on the certificate. Example: 2020M-xxxxxx (some certificate has a “space” between the number. please check carefully)
4. The result of the finding will be shown if the certificate is genuine.
3. VERIFICATION LETTER
Old Graduates prior to 2012 which is no QR code available on the certificate may apply for verification of graduate letter.
