(Applicable to Oct 2012 Graduates onwards)
How it works?
1. Click the button link
2. Choose “Graduate ID”
3. Find the certificate’s graduate below the QR code on the certificate. Example: 2020M-xxxxxx (some certificate has a “space” between the number. please check carefully)
4. The result of the finding will be shown if the certificate is original and valid.
Manual Verification
Application
- Open to all graduands who have received the senate confirmation letter.
- Fill the application form and email to amdpg@utm.my or amdug@utm.my. The application form can be downloaded here. UG PG
- For active students, you need to apply student status letter via The Faculty
Processing
- The verification letter will be in English.
- Applications will be processed within 5 working days for students entering 2000 and above, and students enrolled before 2000 will be processed within 2 weeks.
Collection of Verification Letter
- Self Collect at Academic Management and Convocation Section (AMaCS) office.
- Representative.
- Postage / Courier (Postage fee will be charged)
