Convocation Attire

BORROW

Graduates are entitled to a one-time, complimentary rental of the convocation robe.

The Procedure:

1. Fill in K4 Form.

2. Attach a copy of ID/passport/matric card and a copy of Senate Letter/Certificate.

3. Email to konvo@utm.my.

*We will contact you when the attire is ready.

4. Kindly bring original certificate or full cash deposit( refer K4 for the price) upon collection for collateral at the Academic Management Division office, Block F54, UTM JB.

RENT

For subsequent use following the complimentary use, the rental fee is RM60 for alumni and RM50 for UTM Staff.

The Procedure:

1. Fill in K4 Form.

2. Complete payment at UTM PAYHUB. Choose relevant item.

     *Receipt will be send to your email.

3. Attach with:

  • a copy of ID/passport/matric card
  • a copy of Senate Letter/Certificate and
  • payment receipt

4. Email to konvo@utm.my.

PURCHASE

Convocation attire purchases are exclusively available to UTM graduands and UTM Alumni.

The Procedure:

Convocation Album

1 FREE for All Graduates
PURCHASE PRICE: RM 20.00

All graduates will received their convocation album on Convocation Ceremony or when collect the certificate at AMD. However for extra album, purchases can be made by email to konvo@utm.my.
