Academic Calendar
Academic Calendar holds all the important dates for the Postgraduates and Undergraduates semester academic planning. However, it is subject to University’s changes.
Course Registration
All students is mandatory to register every course via MyUTM Portal each semester. Students who did not enroll in the program will not be allowed to register for any course.
Space & Hall Reservation (Class & Examination)
Booked via UTM Academic Space Reservation System for academic-related programs/activities that authorized by the University. This system is allowed for UTM Staff only.
Work Schedule on Course Registration, Examination & Conferment
Work schedule for the Postgraduates and Undergraduates on Course Registration, Examination & Conferment based on Academic Calendar planning. However, it is subject to University’s changes.
Academic Transcript
There are 3 methods to obtain your Academic Transcript. Please make sure you choose the right one.
Certificate Verification
Please make sure you are graduated on year October 2012 onward. Select academic institution (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia) and insert Graduate ID (located below QR Code on the certificate).
Early Certificate Application
Please read the terms and conditions before apply via online.
Graduates Verification Status
Application for graduates’ confirmation can only be made by graduates (have been convocation). For current students, you are not allowed to apply at the AMD.
Rental/Purchase of Convocation Attire (Robe)
There are 3 other methods to obtain your Convocation Attire. Please make sure you choose the right one.
Convocation
The UTM Convocation ceremony will be held once a year at Dewan Sultan Iskandar, UTM Johor Bahru. For details, please refer to UTM Convocation website.
