As it is currently under the Movement Control Order (MCO) from 18th March 2020, we prepare the AMD Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) in Bahasa Malaysia and English version for your guidelines.

How to register the course for Postgraduate Students?
How may I collect my Certificate and Academic Transcript?

There are 3 methods to obtain your document as mention below:

1)     Self collecting the degree/diploma & academic transcript at the counter
a)     Please present the receipt of returning convocation attire and also graduate’s MyKad/ Passport/ Matric Card (without MyKad/ Passport/ Matric Card: the degree/diploma & academic transcript will not be issued to the graduate)

2)     Representatives collecting the degree/diploma & academic transcript at the counter
a)     Representatives need to bring Form K1
b)    Representatives need to bring and hand in their MyKad/Passport to verify the consent given.

3)     Mailing the degree/diploma & academic transcript
a)     Please complete Form K2
b)    The mailing fees of RM10.00 will be charged. Graduates need to pay through eCommerce UTM, choose relevant postage (Malaysia, Asean or Other Countries). 
c)     Return Form K2 & Postage Payment Receipt to Academic Management Division, Office of Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic & International) at Ground Floor, Wing A, Block F54, 81310 Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru.
